Common use of When Final Completion Required Clause in Contracts

When Final Completion Required. Final Completion shall be obtained not later than thirty (30) days after Material Completion of the Work. Permitted Incomplete Work shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, but not later than a date established by the Program Manager. The Program Manager’s Certificate of Final Completion shall not be issued until all Permitted Incomplete Work is completed.
