Wellness. The City shall allow all employees represented by the Union use of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and North Fontana Fitness Centers (ONLY) at no cost to the employee. Use of the centers is at each employee’s own risk and subject to the rules and regulations and hours of operation determined by the Community Services Department. Employees MUST show City issued ID to obtain access. Violation of any safety rule or regulations shall constitute valid grounds for revocation of the privilege of the Fitness Center usage, not subject to grievance. (July 2013)
