Wellness. The City shall allow all employees represented by the Association use of the Xxxxxx Fitness Center and the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Health & Fitness Center (ONLY) at no cost to the employee. Use of the centers is at each employee’s own risk and subject to the rules and regulations and hours of operation determined by the Community Services Department. Employees MUST show City issued ID to obtain access. Violation of any safety rule or regulations shall constitute valid grounds for revocation of the privilege of the Fitness Center usage, not subject to grievance.
