Wellness Programs. The Employer will publicize the availability of medical programs (such as Flu shots or blood pressure screening) that may be offered to Employees as part of a Wellness Program. Participation in such programs is voluntary and may be done on regular duty time if it is offered during the Employee’s duty hours.
