Wellness Incentive Program. A. The District and Association agree that all members shall participate in all components of an annual non-punitive fitness evaluation each year and be compensated with a wellness incentive of six hundred $600, on the employee’s June 30th paycheck. The annual fitness evaluation shall be recommended to the Fire Chief by the wellness committee for final approval after a review of the financial impact. The wellness committee shall provide payroll with a list of employees who have completed the required evaluation no later than May 30th of each year.
