Weight differences. If after the determination of the weight of the shipment in accordance with clauses 8.1. and 8.2. there are any differences of weight outturns over 0.50 percent on a wet basis then the final weight of the shipment shall be determined by averaging the weight determined at the Discharge Port and at the Loading Port. The final weight of the shipment determined in accordance with clause 8.1. to this clause 8.3. shall be set out in a certificate which shall be the basis for the Seller's final invoice.
Weight differences. If after the determination of the weight of the shipment in accordance with clauses 8.1 and 8.2 there are any differences of weight outturns over [Redacted – Item 2] percent on a dry basis, then the matter should be reconciled between the Parties. If after consultation for a period not to exceed [Redacted – Item 3] Business Days, the difference cannot be reconciled to the mutual agreement of the Seller and the Buyer, the average of Loading Port weight and Discharge Port weight shall be final. The final weight of the shipment thus determined shall be the basis for the Seller's final invoice.
