Weekly Nomination. The Customer may nominate to the Provider hourly quantities of the Injection Gas or the Withdrawal Gas at the Delivery Point. Said Nomination shall be sent prior to 12:00 hours on Thursday of each Week at the latest for each Storage Day of the following Week. Subject to Articles 5.1 and 5.2 hereof, the hourly quantities correspond to 1/24 of the daily storage quantity and shall be deemed nominated on an hourly basis.

Weekly Nomination. No later than 10:00 a.m. EPT on Thursday of each calendar week, PBF shall provide to MSCG a report (the “Weekly Nomination”), substantially in the form attached hereto in Schedule 7, specifying (i) the non-binding best estimate of the Refinery’s production of each grade of Intermediate Product, Light Finished Product, Lubes and Slurry, and (ii) the best estimate of the Refinery’s Intermediate Products (by grade) and Lubes requirements (which shall be binding in accordance with the terms of Section 5.5), in each case, specifying volumes of each grade of Product for delivery on each day during the next following calendar week (the “Nominated Volume”). If any Thursday is not a Business Day, the Weekly Nomination shall be delivered on the first preceding Business Day.
Weekly Nomination. No later than 10:00 a.m. EPT on each Business Day, TRC shall provide to MSCG a report (the “Weekly Nomination”), substantially in the form attached hereto in Schedule 4, specifying the best estimate of TRC’s Crude Oil requirements and specifying the Nominated Volumes of Crude Oil for delivery at each Delivery Location on each of the following seven calendar days. The Parties agree that the Weekly Nomination shall be prepared in coordination between the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that TRC bears sole responsibility for the preparation, accuracy and correctness of the Weekly Nomination and notification of any changes to any Weekly Nomination that it would like to request.

Upon signing of this Contract, the Seller will duly inform the Buyer in writing on the details of the representative of the Seller to whom Weekly Nominations shall be sent, as required for the purposes of this Article, if such representative is other than the person mentioned in Article 15.
