OBJECT OF CONTRACT. 2.1 The Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller and the Seller agree to sell to the Buyer the equipment for a poly silicon plant, to be built in Meishan, Sichuan, China, including all specified equipment, spare parts, training services, and technical instruction and services, as well as Technical Documentation for the equipment supplied under this Contract all as defined and specified in Annexes hereto etc.
OBJECT OF CONTRACT. 4.1 The Executive Administrator is authorized to adopt together with the other administrators from the Management Board, all the decisions regarding the administration of the Company, under the conditions of the Relevant Legislation and the decisons of the present contract, within the limits of the Company's object of activity, remaining within the exclusive competences provided by the legislation in force, as well as of the recommendations contained in the applicable corporate governance guides and codes.
OBJECT OF CONTRACT. Supplier and SIX agree that the conditions of this agreement, ancillary to the existing SIX Standard Terms and Conditions for Service Contract (Appendix 7a), Work and Labor Contract (Appendix 7b), Maintenance and Support Contract (Appendix 7c) and Personnel Leasing (Appendix 7d), ancillary to any other Appendixes to this Framework Agreement according to section 10 below, apply to any co- operation agreed upon by Supplier and any SIX Company based on an Individual Contract.

CONTEMPLAS GmbH guarantees (based on the clauses and conditions of this agreement) the ability for you to download updates from the CONTEMPLAS GmbH website or the shipping of updates to you on either a CD or DVD. CONTEMPLAS GmbH guarantees (based on the clauses and conditions of this agreement) support by email, phone and internet remote access.
OBJECT OF CONTRACT. (a) Under the present Contract, the various operations governed thereby and the Paracorporate Pacts contained herein, the Current Olimpia Partners, Olimpia, and Hopa hereby agree on the terms and conditions for creating a partnership with strategic connotations.
OBJECT OF CONTRACT. 1.1. This quality assurance agreement is concluded between the parties as a framework agreement for all supply contacts agreed during the period of validity.
OBJECT OF CONTRACT. By means of this contract, the IIT-Registry grants the Registrar, who accepts, the non-exclusive right to carry out for third parties, or subordinately for itself, services for the registration and maintenance of domain names in the ccTLD .it, according to the economic conditions freely established by the Registrar, and all of this in accordance with the agreements and conditions provided for by this Contract.
OBJECT OF CONTRACT. The object of this contract is to guarantee to the Insured Person, up to the limit established in the Specific Conditions and in the terms of the contract, the indemnities due to damages suffered by the items insured and that are listed in the Specific Conditions. Other liabilities or services rendered may also be the object of this contract, providing that for the purpose they are declared in the General Conditions or expressly described in the Specific Conditions. The obligation to attach a value to the items described, tolerance limits and the conditions in which the items insured by this contract exist and function, are also subject to the stipulations, for the respective purpose, in the Specific and Special Conditions. CHAPTER II
OBJECT OF CONTRACT. 2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide to the Customer the use of one or more items of movable property (hereinafter referred to as the “Rental Item”) specified in the separately provided Special Terms for an agreed period (hereinafter referred to as the “Rental Period”) and provides the Customer with other services agreed in the Contract.
