Weekend Bonus. An employee who works Saturday and/or Sunday, as part of their normal work week, shall receive an additional sixty cents ($.60) per hour for such hours worked. In no case shall such payments be applied to hours not worked. (See Section 4 for 10-Hour Shift Rules and Section 5 for 12-Hour Shift Rules).

Weekend Bonus. Employees working additional weekends as described above (unless it is the result of a mutual exchange or employee request), will be paid a bonus as follows:
1. Employees working an extra shift of less than six hours will receive an additional thirty dollars ($30.00).
2. Employees who work an extra shift of six (6) to eight (8) hours will receive an additional forty dollars ($40.00)
Weekend Bonus. Full‐time and regularly scheduled part‐time Nurses who work more weekend shifts than those for which they are regularly scheduled shall be paid an additional fifty dollars ($50) for each full extra shift worked. Shifts of less than eight hours shall receive a prorated bonus. The provisions of this Section shall apply to all shifts worked between 3:00 p.m. Friday and 7:00 am. Monday. The weekend bonus shall not be paid if additional shifts are worked as a result of Nurses voluntarily exchanging hours.

An Operating Engineer who is regularly scheduled to work on a Saturday and/or Sunday shall, while so scheduled, be paid a weekend bonus as shown below: For Saturday - $2.00 per hour For Sunday - $3.00 per hour for work performed by him and required by the Company, unless he is entitled under the other provisions of this Article to be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2), two (2) or two and one-half (2 1/2) times his hourly rate. Such weekend bonus shall be payable in addition to the shift premiums payable under clause 13.04. For the purposes of this Agreement, such bonuses shall not be considered as forming part of an employee's hourly rate.
