WECC. WECC asserts as error the April 19 Order’s directive that WECC’s Uniform Compliance Program, at section 5.5, be amended to permit NERC to direct modification of a WECC enforcement decision, i.e., that WECC’s proposed deviation to this provision, as accepted on an interim basis in the April 19 Order, be revised or deleted.9 WECC requests that the Commission, on rehearing, rescind this directive.

WECC. “WECC” means the Western Electricity Coordinating Council or its successor.
WECC the Western Electricity Coordinating Council, in its role as the compliance enforcement authority designated by North American Electric Reliability Corporation or NERC to enforce the Applicable Reliability Standards applicable to Operating Agent as the registered transmission operator and Connecting Participant, as the registered transmission owner of the Connecting Facilities.
WECC. The Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) is a non-profit corporation that exists to assure a reliable Bulk Electric System in the geographic area known as the Western Interconnection. Its service territory extends from Canada to Mexico including the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, the northern portion of Baja California, Mexico, and all or portions of the 14 western states in between. The States that are fully included in WECC are: Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. Texas, South Dakota, and Nebraska are partially included within WECC. All references in the Agreement to WECC as a “Party” to this Agreement shall also be deemed to apply to any duly selected successor in interest to WECC, if any.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades.

  • Interconnection Customer Authority Consistent with Good Utility Practice, this LGIA, and the CAISO Tariff, the Interconnection Customer may take actions or inactions with regard to the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities during an Emergency Condition in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities,

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization. Measures: • Multiple authorization levels are used when granting access to sensitive systems, including those storing and processing Personal Data. Authorizations are managed via defined processes according to the SAP Security Policy • All personnel access SAP’s systems with a unique identifier (user ID). • SAP has procedures in place so that requested authorization changes are implemented only in accordance with the SAP Security Policy (for example, no rights are granted without authorization). In case personnel leaves the company, their access rights are revoked. • SAP has established a password policy that prohibits the sharing of passwords, governs responses to password disclosure, and requires passwords to be changed on a regular basis and default passwords to be altered. Personalized user IDs are assigned for authentication. All passwords must fulfill defined minimum requirements and are stored in encrypted form. In the case of domain passwords, the system forces a password change every six months in compliance with the requirements for complex passwords. Each computer has a password-protected screensaver. • The company network is protected from the public network by firewalls. • SAP uses up–to-date antivirus software at access points to the company network (for e-mail accounts), as well as on all file servers and all workstations. • Security patch management is implemented to provide regular and periodic deployment of relevant security updates. Full remote access to SAP’s corporate network and critical infrastructure is protected by strong authentication.

  • Customer Service Standards The Franchising Authority hereby adopts the customer service standards set forth in Part 76, §76.309 of the FCC’s rules and regulations, as amended. The Grantee shall comply in all respects with the customer service requirements established by the FCC.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • Contractor Changes The Contractor shall notify DAS in writing no later than ten (10) Days from the effective date of any change in:

  • Outages 9.7.1.1 Outage Authority and Coordination. Interconnection Customer and Transmission Owner may each in accordance with Good Utility Practice in coordination with the other Party and Transmission Provider remove from service any of its respective Interconnection Facilities, System Protection Facilities, Network Upgrades, System Protection Facilities or Distribution Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment. Absent an Emergency Condition, the Party scheduling a removal of such facility(ies) from service will use Reasonable Efforts to notify one another and schedule such removal on a date and time mutually acceptable to the Parties. In all circumstances, any Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Parties of such removal.
