Common use of WEBSPACE Clause in Contracts

WEBSPACE. a) You are solely responsible for (and timetalk accepts no responsibility or liability for) the content of any web space provided to you as part of the Service. timetalk reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to remove from your web space without prior notice any materials that do not comply with the AUP. b) The amount of bandwidth and online storage available for your webspace is limited to enable timetalk to provide the Service to all its customers. Details of the online storage space and bandwidth allocated to you can be found in My Account. c) timetalk reserves the right (but is not under any obligation) at any time without prior warning to suspend the provision of the Service if you are using excessive bandwidth. d) You cannot link the webspace to a third party (i.e. ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) domain name. e) Functions such as CGI scripts or access logs are not available. f) Technical Support does not include support for HTML authoring or web page design. g) You are responsible for backing up data on your web pages. timetalk will not keep copies of your web pages and under no circumstances will we be responsible for the loss of any data or content on those pages if you have failed to properly back them up.
