Common use of We may Clause in Contracts

We may. 39.2.1 assign, transfer or novate this Agreement; and/or 39.2.2 transfer you as a customer, to any of our related bodies corporate or as part of the transfer of all or a substantial number of our customers to a third party, in which case we will notify you of the assignment, transfer or novation.
