Reporting Unauthorized Transactions You should notify us immediately if you believe your Access Codes or any Access Devices have been lost or stolen, that someone has gained access to the Security Procedure, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your Account without your permission or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your Account. To notify us, call us at the number provided in Section 9.6 between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time during a Business Day.
Consent to Emails and Automated Text Messages By participating as a User, you represent that you are the owner of the email address, mobile phone number, and/or other alias you enrolled, or that you have the delegated legal authority to act on behalf of the owner of such email address, mobile phone number and/or other alias to send or receive money as described in this Agreement. You consent to the receipt of emails or text messages from us, from Zelle, from other Users that are sending you money or requesting money from you, and from other Network Banks or their agents regarding the Services or related transfers between Network Banks and you. You agree that we may, Zelle may or either of our agents may use automatic telephone dialing systems in connection with text messages sent to any mobile phone number you enroll. Cooperation on Preventing End User Fraud The Parties agree to cooperate fully with one another to investigate, minimize, prevent, and take corrective action in cases of fraud.
Acknowledgement and Publicity 1. The description “The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society” shall precede Grantee’s title or position in all relevant publications issued by the Sponsoring Institution during the period of this Grant. All news about the Grantee's research released by the Sponsoring Institution shall indicate that such research is being funded by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as follows: “Supported by an Award from The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.” Presentations or posters at major meetings must include the LLS logo in addition to this statement. The LLS logo is available upon request from XXXXxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx.
Accuracy and data minimisation (a) Each Party shall ensure that the personal data is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. The data importer shall take every reasonable step to ensure that personal data that is inaccurate, having regard to the purpose(s) of processing, is erased or rectified without delay.
COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND XXXXX 24.1 Subject to any applicable laws, the Licensee authorised XXXXX to communicate with it by means of telephone, e-mail, fax, text or any mobile phone messaging services to the Licensees mobile device, laptop and/or computer.
Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
General License Terms The Product is licensed, not sold, to you by us under the terms of this XXXX and the Order. The scope of license granted by us to you for the Product is set out in section 3 (Product Family Specific Terms) and section 4 (Product Specific Terms).
COMPLETION OF MEET AND NEGOTIATE During the term of this Agreement, the parties waive and relinquish the right to meet and negotiate except as provided below and elsewhere in this Agreement, and agree that they shall not be obligated to meet and negotiate with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this Agreement, nor on those subjects or matters which were proposed by either party and later withdrawn. Negotiations may be reopened at any time on any section of this contract on petition of either party and with the concurrence of the second party.
TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.
