Water Services. 4.1 Operation, Maintenance, Repair and Replacement – Public Water Supply System (a) With input provided by the Utility Policy Committee, the City shall operate, maintain, repair, and replace the Public Water Supply System Capital Assets. (b) The actual cost incurred by the City to operate, maintain, repair, and replace the Public Water Supply System Capital Assets shall be allocated to each Customer Class as described in Article 8.
