Watch. All watches in firefighting companies and firefighting units, except the arson investigation unit, shall run from 0800 to 2000 hours; or from 2000 to 0800 hours. In the arson investigation unit, the watches shall run from 1200 hours to 2400 hours or from 2400 hours to 1200 hours. Workday. A workday consisting of either eight (8), ten (10), or twelve (12) hours. Working Conditions. Wages, hours, benefits and terms and conditions of employment, i.e., all matters within the scope of representation under the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.
