Common use of WASTE AND OVERLOADING OF FLOORS Clause in Contracts

WASTE AND OVERLOADING OF FLOORS. Not to do or suffer any waste or damage, disfiguration or injury to the Leased Premises or the fixtures and equipment thereof or permit or suffer any overloading of the floors thereof; and not to place therein any safe, heavy business machine or other heavy thing without first obtaining the consent in writing of the Landlord; and not to use or permit to be used any part of the Leased Premises for any dangerous, noxious or offensive trade or business and not to cause or permit any nuisance in, at or on the Leased Premises; and without the prior consent in writing of the Landlord, the Tenant will not bring onto or use in the Leased Premises or permit any person subject to the Tenant to bring onto or use on the Leased Premises any fuel or combustible material for heating, lighting or cooking nor will it allow onto the Leased Premises any stove, burner, kettle, apparatus or appliance for utilizing the same and the Tenant will not purchase, acquire or use electrical current or gas for consumption on the Leased Premises except from such supplier thereof as shall have been approved in writing by the Landlord.
