WASHERS/DRYERS Clause Samples

The WASHERS/DRYERS clause sets out the terms regarding the use, maintenance, and responsibility for washers and dryers within a property. It typically specifies whether these appliances are provided by the landlord or must be supplied by the tenant, and may outline who is responsible for repairs or replacement if they break down. This clause ensures both parties understand their obligations concerning laundry appliances, helping to prevent disputes over ownership, maintenance, or repair costs during the tenancy.
