WARRANTY OF SELLER. AS OF THE CLOSING DATE, SELLER WARRANTS THAT IT IS CONVEYING WHATEVER TITLE IN THE RAILCARS WAS ORIGINALLY CONVEYED TO SELLER, AND THAT THE RAILCARS ARE FREE AND CLEAR OF ALL CLAIMS, LIENS, ATTACHMENTS, RIGHTS OF OTHERS OR LEGAL PROCESSES CREATED BY OR THROUGH SELLER. THIS WARRANTY SHALL SURVIVE THE DELIVERY OF THE RAILCARS AND THE XXXX OF SALE.

WARRANTY OF SELLER. The Seller expressly warrants that no notice from any city, county or other governmental authority of a dwelling code violation has been issued or received by Seller or his agent.
WARRANTY OF SELLER a) Each of the Seller and the Buyer shall be regarded as having received no representation made by or on behalf of the other of them before the contract was entered into which in any way induced it to enter into the contract, but this shall not apply to any representation recorded in a quotation or order or acknowledgement of it.
