WARRANTIES OF STARWAVE. Starwave represents and warrants that (a) it has the right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and fully to perform its obligations under this Agreement; (b) the making of this Agreement by it does not violate any agreement existing between it and any other person or entity; (c) Starwave complies, and at all times shall comply, with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in effect at the time services are performed pursuant to this Agreement pertaining to the subject matter hereof; and (d) Starwave shall not exercise any of the rights granted to it under or pursuant to this Agreement in a manner that shall violate any applicable law, rule or regulation.
