Warranties from the Seller. 8.1. The Seller warrants to the Buyer (i) on the date of this Agreement and (ii) as at the Closing Date in the terms of the Seller’s Warranties as set out in Schedule 3.
Warranties from the Seller. 8.1 The Seller warrants and represents to and for the benefit of the Purchaser in the terms of the warranties and representations set out below (the "IP Warranties') and acknowledges and accepts that the Purchaser is entering into this Agreement in reliance upon each of the IP Warranties. Warranties from the Seller. 9.1. Subject to the limitation and qualifications set out in Schedule 7, the Seller warrants to the Buyer that each Seller’s Warranty is true, accurate and not misleading on the date of this Agreement.
