Common use of Warehousing Clause in Contracts

Warehousing. In respect of a Strategic Opportunity involving the acquisition or construction of new Containerships and the securing of charter parties for such Containerships, the Company may request that the Manager or a Manager Entity enter into, in its own name, such agreement with respect to such New Build until such time that the Company is able to pursue such Strategic Opportunity (the “Warehousing Service”), provided a binding agreement is or will be entered into between the Company and the Manager.
