Waiver of Termination Right. If Buyer fails to give Seller written notice, not later than the Inspection Date, that Xxxxx has elected to terminate this Agreement with respect to any or all Properties pursuant to this Section 7.3, then this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect with respect to all Properties in accordance with its terms.
