The Company hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, expressly waives any and all right to -------------------- a trial by jury in any action or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any other Loan Document for the transactions contemplated herebyhereby or thereby.
