WAIVER OF INCONVENIENT FORUM. The Chargor irrevocably waives any objection which it may at any time have to the laying of the venue of any Proceedings in any court referred to in this Clause 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) and any claim that any such Proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
WAIVER OF INCONVENIENT FORUM. The Mortgagor irrevocably waives any objection which it may at any time have to the laying of the venue of any Proceedings in any court referred to in this Clause 19 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) and any claim that any such Proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
WAIVER OF INCONVENIENT FORUM. Each of the Subordinated Lenders and the Borrower irrevocably waives any objection which it may at any time have to the laying of the venue of any Proceedings in any court referred to in this Clause 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) and any claim that any such Proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
WAIVER OF INCONVENIENT FORUM. The parties hereto irrevocably waive to the fullest extent permitted by law any objection that they may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue of any such action or proceeding in the courts of the State of New York located in the City of New York or of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and any claim that any such action or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
WAIVER OF INCONVENIENT FORUM. The Subordinated Lender irrevocably waives any objection which it may at any time have to the laying of the venue of any Proceedings in any court referred to in this Clause 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) and any claim that any such Proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
WAIVER OF INCONVENIENT FORUM. The Guarantor irrevocably waives any objection which it may at any time have to the laying of the venue of any Proceedings in any court referred to in this Clause 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) and any claim that any such Proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
WAIVER OF INCONVENIENT FORUM. The Assignor irrevocably waives any objection which it may at any time have to the laying of the venue of any Proceedings in any court referred to in this Clause 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) and any claim that any such Proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
WAIVER OF INCONVENIENT FORUM. Each of the Trustee, the Manager, the Servicer, the Sellers, each Unitholder and each Noteholder, irrevocably waives any objection it may now or in the future have to the venue of any such action or proceedings and any claim it may now or in the future have that any such action or proceeding has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
WAIVER OF INCONVENIENT FORUM. The Borrower irrevocably waives any objection which it may at any time have to the laying of the venue of any Proceedings in any court referred to in this Clause and any claim that any such Proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
WAIVER OF INCONVENIENT FORUM. The Grantor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives, to the fullest extent it may legally and effectively do so, any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue of any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Security Agreement in any court referred to in Section 8.12.2. The Grantor hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the defense of an inconvenient forum to the maintenance of such action or proceeding in any such court.
