Common use of Waiver of Dental Coverage Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Dental Coverage. Faculty Members may elect to waive dental coverage and receive a monthly credit of no less than $18.00, which may be received as cash in the paycheck or may be applied to the cost of other benefits. If an employee and his/her spouse/domestic partner both work for the University in benefit-eligible positions and elect to enroll under one dental plan, the spouse/domestic partner waiving coverage is not eligible for the credit.
