Waiver and cooperation. 13.3.1 If the Managing Director creates one or more Objects, independently or in collaboration with others, he shall immediately inform the Company of this. The Managing Director may not mention his name or have it mentioned in connection with the rights referred to in Clause 13.1 (The Company’s intellectual property rights), except where article 14(1) of the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxx 0000 applies. In respect of the rights referred to in Clause 13.1, the Managing Director hereby waives his personality rights as referred to in article 25 of the Dutch Copyright Act 1912 and any entitlement he may have to any financial compensation in addition to his salary, in as far as this waiver is permitted by law.
