Wage Table. The wage scales for the employees covered by this Agreement are attached as Addendum B. All months listed in the Addendum are inclusive. Except, a newly hired police officer who has been certified by the Ohio Peace Officers Training Council and has at least two (2) years of law enforcement experience may be compensated upon hire at any rate of pay up to the 24-35 months hourly rate as determined by the City.
