The hourly wage rates incorporate safety net wage adjustments and no further safety net wage adjustments shall be applied to the hourly wage rate during the term of this Agreement. Further, the hourly rates shall be deemed to comprehend and include all Award entitlements, industry or company specific Agreements and over-award payments, including but not limited to industry disability and similar allowances, special skill payments and follow-the-job loadings, except where prescribed by this Agreement.
