Common use of Vyloučení Clause in Contracts

Vyloučení. The Site represents and warrants that neither Institution nor Investigator, nor any of Institution’s employees, agents or other persons performing the Study at Institution, have been debarred, disqualified or banned from conducting clinical trials or are under investigation by any regulatory authority for debarment or any similar regulatory action in any country, and the Site shall notify IQVIA immediately if any such investigation, disqualification, debarment, or ban occurs.

Vyloučení. The Site represents and warrants that neither Institution nor Investigator, nor any of Institution’s employees, agents or other persons performing the Study at Institution, have been debarred, disqualified or banned from conducting clinical trials or are under investigation by any regulatory authority for debarment or any similar regulatory action in any country, and the Site shall notify IQVIA Quintiles immediately if any such investigation, disqualification, debarment, or ban occurs.
