Voting of Notes Held by Honda Parties. If any of the Notes are held by any of the Honda Parties or any of their Affiliates, such Notes shall not be considered for purposes of determining whether a specified percentage of the Outstanding Amount has voted to take any action under this Indenture or any other Basic Document.
