Voting Leave. If any employee does not have sufficient time outside of working hours to vote, they may request up to two (2) hours of paid leave either at the beginning or end of scheduled working hours to enable them to vote. The employee must request time off to vote from their supervisor at least two (2) days prior to Election Day.

Voting Leave. 5.13.1 If any employee an Employee does not have sufficient time outside of working hours to votevote in a statewide election, they may request the Employee may, without loss of pay, take off up to two (2) hours of paid leave either to vote.
5.13.2 The time off for voting shall be only at the beginning or end of scheduled the regular working hours to enable them to vote.
