Voluntary Termination for Good Reason. Subject to the Executive’s satisfaction of the requirements of the preceding sentence and subject to Section 14, the cash benefits payable under this Section 11 shall be paid on the sixtieth (60th) day after the Executive’s employment ends upon a Termination Without Cause or a Voluntary Termination for Good Reason.
