Voluntary Resignation by Employee. Employee may voluntarily resign Employee's position with Company at any time on thirty (30) days' advance written notice. In the event of such resignation, Employee will be entitled to receive only the Base Salary, and fringe benefits for the thirty-day notice period, and Employee will not be entitled to receive the Severance Payment described in subsection 7.2 above.
