Common use of Voluntary Resignation by Employee Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Resignation by Employee. Employee may resign voluntarily at any time upon giving Employer at least thirty (30) days written notice of his resignation. Employee shall be paid all benefits accrued through the date of resigna­tion.
