Common use of Vision Benefit Clause in Contracts

Vision Benefit. The City agrees to provide a $250 annual (fiscal year) vision benefit, for employees only, for the purpose of reimbursing actual costs for vision exams, prescription eyeglasses, and contact lenses. The costs must be incurred in the fiscal year during which the claim is submitted. If an employee filed no vision benefit claims in the prior fiscal year, the City agrees to provide up to $500 for the purpose of reimbursing actual costs for vision exams, prescription eyeglasses, and contact lenses.
