Virtual Teaching. A. All courses taught virtually will be taught by certified members of the bargaining unit. B. K-12 staff shall have dedicated certified teachers for virtual learning. They shall not teach in-person classes. All newly created virtual learning positions shall be posted in accordance with Article XI Transfers, Vacancies and Promotions of the CBA. C. Virtual teachers will maintain the same class size restrictions and preparations as teachers who teach traditional in-person classes. D. Virtual Teachers will maintain a digital learning environment conducive to student learning. Should disruptions occur, teachers have the right to mute, turn off cameras or other appropriate actions to minimize or eliminate disruptions. E. Virtual Teachers will have a seven-hour continuous workday including a 30- minute duty free lunch with a set working start and end time. F. Virtual teachers shall be provided with digital equipment and internet access appropriate for online learning. G. Any virtual teacher who is experiencing concerns related to the operation of technology being utilized may request and shall be granted opportunities for professional development and/or support, without negative consequences. H. For courses with special materials and equipment real-time instruction may not be a possibility. To determine the student’s ability to participate, the teacher of the course and the principal shall confer. The decision made regarding the student’s ability to participate shall be binding. In some instances, in order to teach classes such as the ones that follow, it may require the district to pay for materials in order to allow students to complete the course at home. Virtual Teaching. Reasonable best efforts will be made for teachers who are assigned to teach virtually, whether on a short-term or long-term basis, to have the option of working from home or school unless otherwise directed by the administration. If a virtual teacher is directed to work from home, the District will provide materials and resources reasonably necessary to perform the work as determined by the Administration. Reasonable best efforts will be made to make professional development available regarding virtual instruction for teachers assigned to teach virtually.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Liaisons Each party shall designate a representative to serve as its liaison in all matters arising under this Agreement, and shall furnish in writing the name of each representative to the other party.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the "Borrowing Agreement") with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point by 14:00 local time on 9th January 2025, then the team will be liable for the "Hire Costs" outlined below. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.
