Virtual Private Network. Unless otherwise provided by the Applicable Conditions, your subscription to the HMA Virtual Private Network product (the “HMA VPN”) authorizes you to create no more than 5 simultaneous connections in respect of each HMA VPN subscription. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if you exceed the number of simultaneous connections authorized for your HMA VPN subscription, Vendor may at any time without any prior notice to you, suspend or disable your access to, and/or use of, the HMA VPN. Virtual Private Network. All Virtual Private Network (VPN) services are assigned a Dedicated Business Account Manager, responsible for the resolution of account and service issues. Systemseven's Dedicated Business Account Management team is guaranteed to provide a twenty-four hour’s response time for modifications to Customer's service's configuration, and a four hour response time for VPN related outages following phone notification. A VPN related outage is defined as the inability to ping a private IP while retaining the ability to ping the public gateway. Credits for VPN service outages will be prorated based on the time between initial outage notification and restoration of VPN service. Systemseven requires all VPN customers to commit to a minimum initial 12-month service term. Service terms may be extended for additional monthly increments due to specific offerings or promotional terms. A service term is required to offset costs of service acquisition. The initial term begins once VPN service (as defined during order placement) is up and running, referred to as Customer's Installation or Activation Date. If Customer's VPN service is disconnected or terminated at any time following Customer's Activation Date and prior to the end of an active service term, Customer will incur a Disconnection Fee. Should Systemseven's Dedicated Business Account Management Team fail to meet set response time guarantees more than two (2) times within a calendar month, Customer may disconnect service without penalty.

Dedicated Service AT&T has two service offerings to address this requirement: AT&T VPN Tunneling Services (AVTS) provides a premises-based managed solu- tion for dedicated VPN access. AT&T Network IPVPN Remote Access (ANIRA) provides a network based ma- naged solution for dedicated VPN access. ANIRA ANIRA is a global feature, integrated with global egress services. ANIRA supports IPSec tunnels from a VPN Device (i.e., AT&T Global Network Client, or SOHO device (Netgate or Cisco 871) to the Virtual Interface Gateway (VIG) in the network. The VIG would then terminate the IPSec tunnel and map the traffic to the appropriate Data or IP VPN egress (MPLS or frame-based VPN). For dial analog or ISDN access, packets are transported through the dial network by tunneling them in L2TP or IPSec with the destination of the packets is to a Virtual Interface Gateway (VIG), which is transparent to the customer. AT&T VPN Tunneling Service creates Internet Protocol Security (IPSec) tunnels through the public network to protect your data. With our premises-based tunneling service, you can use dial-up, broadband, or dedicated access services to connect to the network. Once connected, you can use your corporate lo- cal area network (LAN) and intranet services, and you can use the Internet during the same log-in session. VPNs are created by adding intelligent devices at your locations and using private and public networks to transport data between them. The devices supported are iOS, Android, and desktops (MAC and Windows). Seller agrees to cooperate with Buyer in connecting Seller's computer network to the virtual private network currently employed by Buyer between Buyer's and its affiliates offices (the "Buyer VPN") and making the Hosted Data and Hosted Software accessible via the Buyer VPN. Seller will provide, at Buyer's expense, any necessary modifications to Seller's computer network, firewalls, and security devices reasonably required to provide the connection to the Buyer VPN. Seller agrees to cooperate, at Buyer's expense, in establishing the necessary network security to assure that only authorized Company employees have access to the Hosted Software and Hosted Data. I(3)S agrees to provide Forest City at no charge unlimited unrestricted broadband connectivity access from the Property to the I(3)S net national network backbone for the term of this Agreement and any extensions for one (1) office site and two (2) employee resident units at the Property.

This is accomplished by establishing a virtual private network (VPN) among member sites and the OTN data centre. At each On-Net member site we install a router, which enables your videoconferencing systems to connect directly to OTN without the need for complicated network configuration or firewall rules.
