Web Proxy Clause Samples
A Web Proxy clause defines the terms under which one party may use a proxy server to access or route internet traffic on behalf of another party. Typically, this clause outlines the permitted uses of the proxy, any restrictions on content or destinations, and the responsibilities for maintaining security and confidentiality of data transmitted through the proxy. Its core practical function is to establish clear guidelines for proxy usage, thereby managing risks related to unauthorized access, data breaches, or misuse of network resources.
