Violations Reporting. Local Agency must disclose, in a timely manner, in writing to the State and FHWA, all violations of federal or State criminal law involving fraud, bribery, or gratuity violations potentially affecting the Federal Award. Penalties for noncompliance may include suspension or debarment (2 CFR Part 180 and 31 U.S.C. 3321).
