Village’s Financial Obligation. Village’s obligations under this Agreement to Developer shall be payable solely from the Bond Fund or from an Interfund Loan or Sales Tax Revenue generated by the Developer Project during the term of this Agreement. In no event shall this Agreement create an obligation of the Village to pay any funds required to be paid from any source other than the Bond Fund or from an Interfund Loan or Sales Tax Revenue generated by the Developer Project. Developer acknowledges this Agreement does not create a general obligation of the Village, which means the Village is not required or obligated to make any payments to Developer or the Affiliate from the Village’s general fund or any other funds, except as specifically identified herein.

  • Independent Obligations The Guarantor acknowledges that its obligations hereunder are independent of the obligations of the Issuer with respect to the Capital Securities and that the Guarantor shall be liable as principal and as debtor hereunder to make Guarantee Payments pursuant to the terms of this Guarantee notwithstanding the occurrence of any event referred to in subsections (a) through (g), inclusive, of Section 4.3 hereof.
