Village Representative. It is recognized that questions in the day-to-day conduct of this Agreement will arise. The Village designates the Village Manager as the person to whom all communications pertaining to the day-to-day conduct of this Agreement shall be addressed.

Village Representative. The Village will designate a representative for the construction of New Village Hall and the NVH Garage (“Village Representative”), who may, during normal business hours, visit, inspect, and appraise the construction of New Village Hall, the NVH Garage, and any materials, contracts, records, plans, specifications and shop drawings relating to New Village Hall or the NVH Garage, whether kept at Owner’s offices or at the construction site or elsewhere. Owner agrees to notify the Village Representative of meetings among Owner, Owner’s representative, the general contractor, any subcontractors, or any subset of this group, and the Village Representative will be entitled to attend such meetings. Owner agrees to cooperate with the Village Representative, and to make available to the Village Representative, upon request by the Village, daily log sheets covering the period since the immediately preceding inspection showing the date, weather, subcontractors on the job, number of workers and status of construction.

Village Representative. All decisions regarding contract information and performance standards, and any other topics related to this Contract, shall be made by the Village’s representative relative to the Project, or his designated representative, and such decision shall be considered binding and final.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.

  • Exclusive Representative Representatives of the Association, or other persons, having written authorization from the ASF Member concerned, may examine, under university supervision, the official file of that ASF Member, except for the limitation provided in Section B. hereof.

  • Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities. If the responsibilities of the Chapter Grievance Representative require rescheduling of the representative's University duties, the representative may, with the approval of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, arrange for the rescheduling of such duties or their coverage by colleagues. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The provisions of Article 15.4. shall also apply to the UPI Local Grievance Representative if he or she is an employee of the University.

  • Authority of the Representative Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by the Representative on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by the Representative shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

  • Employee Representative The employee may choose someone to represent him or her at any step in the procedure. No person hearing a grievance need recognize more than one representative for any employee at any one time, unless he or she so desires.
