Errors and Omissions Liability. Insurance insuring liability for errors and omissions in the provision of any professional services as part of the Services or failure to perform any such professional services, in the amount of not less than two million dollars per claim and in the annual aggregate.

At the option of the City, either the insurer shall reduce or eliminate such deductibles or self-insured retentions with respect to the City, elected and appointed councils, commissions, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (“C ity’s Agents”); or the Professional shall provide a financial guarantee satisfactory to the City guaranteeing payment of losses and related investigations, claims administration and defense expenses.
