Vesting of Option if Service Continues; Term of Option. All of the Option Shares initially shall be unvested. For so long as you remain continuously a Service Provider to the Company the Option Shares shall become vested according to the schedule set forth below and you may exercise this option as to any vested shares: [Insert vesting terms] Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board may, in its discretion, accelerate the date that any installment of this option becomes exercisable. The foregoing rights are cumulative and (subject to Sections 2 or 3 hereof if you have a Separation from Service) may be exercised only before the date which is eight years from the date of this option grant. Following the expiration of this option in accordance with the preceding sentence, all your rights hereunder will be forfeited and canceled in their entirety.

  • Vesting of Option The Option shall be 100% vested upon the date of grant.

  • Vesting of Options The Option shall vest (become exercisable) in accordance with the vesting schedule shown on page 1 of this Award Agreement. Notwithstanding the vesting schedule on page 1, the Option will also vest and become exercisable:

  • Vesting of the Option Subject to the Participant’s continued service to the Company through the applicable vesting date and the terms of the Plan, the Option shall vest in equal installments on each of the first five (5) anniversaries of the Date of Grant, such that twenty percent (20%) of the Option vests on each such anniversary (each, a “Vesting Date”). At any time, the portion of the Option which has become vested in accordance with the terms hereof shall be called the “Vested Portion.”

  • Termination of Option (a) Any unexercised portion of the Option shall automatically and without notice terminate and become null and void at the time of the earliest to occur of:
