Option Grant definition

Option Grant means a single grant of Options to a certain Participant as determined by the Board or the Committee.
Option Grant means a written agreement between the Company and an Optionee evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Option grant. The Option Grant is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
