Versions Support. Customer acknowledges that, subject to Cadence’s End Sale/End Support Process, Cadence will maintain only the most current version of the Licensed Materials. Cadence shall also maintain the last prior version of the Licensed Materials until the earlier of six (6) months from the release of each new version release, or termination of this Agreement.
