Common use of Verifying the QM system Clause in Contracts

Verifying the QM system. The right of the BUYER described in Section III, sub-section 1, of the [***] Quality Assurance Agreement, namely to verify the adherence to the agreed quality assurance measures contains the right to [***] and to [***] by the Seller.
