Verification Service Clause Samples
The Verification Service clause defines the process and responsibilities for verifying certain information, actions, or compliance within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how and when verification will occur, who is authorized to perform the verification, and what standards or methods will be used. For example, it may require a third-party auditor to confirm that a party has met specific contractual obligations or that data provided is accurate. Verification Service. 1. Technical Construction File: Assistance, Inspection, Evaluation and Testing
a. Client sends to CERE:
i. General description.
ii. Design.
iii. Instruction manual in accordance with section 1.7.4 of Annex I of Directive 2006/42 / EC.
iv. Electrical and mechanical diagrams.
v. Reports of Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electrical Safety Tests.
vi. Declarations of conformity and approvals of components, individual machines and associated accessories.
b. CERE will coordinate with Client:
i. Inspection:
1. Audit according Directive.
2. Identification of new approach directives.
3. Identification of the harmonized European standard EN of CE marking.
4. Evaluate the designs.
5. Supervision of Performance Tests according to harmonizes product standard EN of application.
6. Audit Electromagnetic Compatibility Test Report and Electric Safety Test Report. This audit does not include and is not the subject of this Agreement any other type of tests that could be defined by standard and that by its own definition determines test conditions and/or measurement instrumentation beyond the capabilities of the Client and CERE, reserving CERE the right of non-realization of these (eg seismic, chemical, mechanical, vibration, acoustic, destructive and non-destructive tests on welds, structure calculations, etc .
ii. Electromagnetic Compatibility Critical Tests of and Electrical Safety Critical Test in situ in the Client's facilities, if any of them are object of service provision according to the scope described in the Offer - See conditions of the Agreement in 2.1 Testing Services.
c. CERE will issue:
i. Inspection:
1. Evaluation Report of the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / CE and applicable product regulations.
2. Performance Tests Report
ii. Testing:
1. Electromagnetic Compatibility Test Report, if it is object of service provision according to the scope described in the Offer
Verification Service. 3.1 The Supplier shall raise invoices to the Buyer for each successful verification transaction provided through the service. Such invoices shall be in the amount of Verfiication Charge for each successful verification and raised monthly in arrears, payment due by the Buyer within 30 days of receipt.
3.3 The Supplier reserves the right to increase the Transaction Fee at any time, but not more than once in any twelve-month period. The Buyer may however terminate this Agreement upon giving to the Supplier 30 days written notice of its intention to terminate if the Supplier increases the Transaction Fee above the then subsisting cost by more than 15% in not more than once in any twelve-month period.
Verification Service. The Technical Services Division will also provide verification services to the CITY should a wanted person be contacted by law enforcement.
Verification Service. This Agreement provides for GBCI’s verification of certain aspects of Your Platform Data (“Verification Service”). The Verification Service requirements are described in the PERFORM Program Guide and the PERFORM Performance Metrics, located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. You agree that GBCI’s provision of the Verification Service requires Your compliance with the requirements in those documents, such as providing GBCI with Your polices, property data, data collection methodologies, and related documentation.
Verification Service. 2.1 The ID Verification Service will be available to you in accordance with these ID Verification T&Cs, and will apply in addition to the General Terms, Specific Parcel Terms, and Additional Terms.
2.2 Your use of the ID Verification Service is subject to your compliance with these ID Verification T&Cs and the General Terms that apply to the ID Verification Compatible Product (including the Specific Parcel Terms and Additional Terms).
2.3 If there is any conflict between these ID Verification T&Cs, and the General Terms or Specific Parcel Terms, these ID Verification T&Cs will prevail and take precedence.
