Common use of Verbal Step Clause in Contracts

Verbal Step. An employee who feels he/she has a grievance must first take the matter up verbally with his supervisor and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ within five (5) working days of when he/she becomes aware of the matter. If this fails to resolve the grievance, within two (2) days, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall reduce the grievance to the first written state of the grievance procedure.
