Vendor’s Failure to Respond to Public Records Request. Vendor must comply with Citizens’ request for records, including all documents, papers, letters, emails, or other materials in conjunction with this Agreement, within thirty (30) calendar days of Citizens’ request. Vendor’s failure to comply with Citizens request may be subject to penalties in accordance with Chapter 119.10, Florida Statutes. Vendor will hold Citizens harmless from any actions resulting from Vendor’s non- compliance with Florida’s Public Records Laws.
