Common use of Vendor and Order Fulfiller Logo Clause in Contracts

Vendor and Order Fulfiller Logo. DIR may use the Vendor’s and Order Fulfiller’s name and logo in the promotion of the Contract to communicate the availability of products and services under the Contract to Customers. Use of the logos may be on the DIR website or on printed materials. Any use of Vendor’s and Order Fulfiller’s logo by DIR must comply with and be solely related to the purposes of the Contract and any usage guidelines communicated to DIR from time to time. Nothing contained in the Contract will give DIR any right, title, or interest in or to Vendor’s or Order Fulfiller’ trademarks or the goodwill associated therewith, except for the limited usage rights expressly provided by Vendor and Order Fulfiller.
