Common use of Vending Machines Clause in Contracts

Vending Machines. No vending, arcade, game, or food or beverage dispensing machine of any description shall be installed, maintained, or operated in any tenant's premises or elsewhere in any building without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Vending Machines. No vending, arcade, game, vending machines or food or beverage dispensing machine similar machines of any description shall will be installed, maintained, or operated in any tenant's premises or elsewhere in any building upon the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
